What are the shipping cost?

The standard shipping fee on all domestic (US) orders is $6.95 for orders less than $35 and $7.95 for all orders between $35 and $149.00. All orders of $150 or more receive FREE shipping. 

What is the order processing timeline?

After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and Testing on each item you've specifically ordered to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. 

Processing time varies depending on the specific product. Please allow 3-5 business days for in-stock items to be processed and another 5-7 business days for orders to be delivered. 

****Please note some of are products ship from our overseas fulfillment center and for those items please allow 18-21 business days for delivery. Check our product's descriptions as they will tell you if an item is being shipped from overseas.*****

****Our Pre-Order products are products that can be ordered early prior to arrival in our warehouse. The shipping time-frames for these items are stated in the descriptions. ****

A NOTE ON HOLIDAY ORDERS: 

As the holidays approach, our processing and shipping times can become longer. If you plan to order from us for the holidays, please place your order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held responsible for late orders!

International Shipping

International shipping rates can vary depending on the shipping location. International shipments can arrive within 7-30 days from the ordered date, excluding holidays. Currently, our overseas shipments are experiencing longer than normal delays due to COVID19. 

Express shipping is not an option for international shipments. We ship USPS international first class mail. 

All order totals are in US dollars during the check out process. The amount charged will in US currency will reflect the same day exchange rates at checkout to maintain the utmost accurate currency conversion.
