What items that are eligible for return?

  • Items are eligible for a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. 
  • Items that are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. 
  • Items that have their tags still attached and in original packaging upon returning. 
  • Items containing hygiene stickers/liners that are intact (swimwear and other similar items)
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, Sarah Barah Kids at its sole discretion may charge a 20% restocking fee. 

What items are not eligible for return?

  • Clearance and Sale Items or items that are discounted more than 40%
  • Items that do not have their original tags still attached and/or original packaging still included upon returning.
  • Items that do not have their hygiene stickers/liners intact  (swimwear or other similar items)
  • Why is my item not the same color that I saw on your website?
  • Sarah Barah Kids product colors may vary depending on what device you are using to access our website. 

Are there any charges for returns?

  • There are no charges for returns as long as RMA# is obtained correctly and items are shipped back in original packaging
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Items that are returned not following the instructions listed above or without an RMA # will be charged a 20% restocking fee

    How do I process my return or exchange?

      Access our return/exchange portal at https://sarahbarah-kids.myshopify.com/apps/ecoreturns   

    • Enter your order number and email address or mobile number in the fields  and click "Continue"
    • Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to return
    • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
    • Return shipping address: Sarah Barah Kids, PO Box 264, Olympia Fields, IL 60461.
    • You are responsible for shipping cost back to us unless we have sent you the wrong item or your item arrived damaged. 

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.


      Late or Missing Refunds:
      If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank first as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you paid via credit card, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Sale Items:
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges:
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking here. 

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
